BURTON SNOOKER CLUB

The Burton Snooker Club has a club room in the GVH social club building that can be freely used by members.

Snooker Club and Social Club dues for 2025-26 are due at the AGM on 11th March.
Snooker Club dues are £15.  Social Club membership is also required. If you have not paid for this year through another club please add the dues to your snooker club payment (£35).

Dues can be paid by bank transfer with an email to [email protected] to say you’ve made the deposit and which club social club dues were paid through.

Cheques now cost the club a big proportion of the membership dues to pay in, which is why bank transfer is preferred.
Payment by cash is by arrangement with the treasurer, Ian Birch – (07434) 731129

Because of popular demand we have decided to hold a plate competiton for billiards and snooker this year for the first time. 2022-23 Snooker competition first round

Congratulations to John Goulding, Terry Richardson, Don Greig, David Clayton, Alan Blackburn, Brian Rae, Geoff Beard and Kev Davies for their success in the first round of the 2022-23 snooker handicap.
2022-23 Billiards first round

Congratulations to the first round billiards winners – John Goulding, Guy Tilby, Brian Rae and David Clayton. They will join Kev Davies, Geoff Beard, Alan Blackburn and Terry Broome (who all got byes in the first round) in the second round/quarter finals.
2022-23 Competition draw complete

The draw and handicaps for the 2022/23 billiards and snooker competions are complete and have been send to the competitors. First rounds are due to be completed by 20th November 2022
